Tickets purchased for SJC concerts are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancelled performance. Refunds are then given in original form of payment. Per ticket and per order handling fees on tickets purchased through Eventbrite are non-refundable, with no exceptions. There are no service fees for tickets purchased at the door, or through the SJC website when available.
There is a $10 flat fee for ticket exchanges purchased for SJC concerts for non-members. This fee is waived for all members and exchanges may be made up to 48 hours prior to the performance for shows not sold out.

Third party online reselling is prohibited. Tickets purchased through other vendors cannot be honored. Resold tickets or duplicate orders are subject to cancellation. In the event of ticket questions, only the original purchaser will be assisted.
SJC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and is not obligated to replace/reissue lost or stolen tickets. Once tickets are purchased, paid and given/sent to the purchaser, they are the sole property and liability of the purchaser. Tickets for “General Admission” concerts cannot be reissued. If you have questions about lost or stolen tickets, please contact SJC at email@example.com SJC will attempt to assist the replacement of tickets purchased through Eventbrite but no guarantees are made given specific circumstances.
SJC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All ticket purchased are tax deductible or create a credit towards a tax deduction* . Tickets to SJC concerts can be donated back to SJC as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets donated by generous SJC patrons enable awaiting jazz fans to experience some incredible musical moments. Proceeds from tickets purchased or donated help provide funding for SJC concert programming and community-based jazz education. Donations must be made in advance. A “no show” to any performance is not considered a donation without prior notice.
*Always check with your tax professional about tax deductible donations as IRS has some restrictions impacting minimum amounts.
Tickets for Children
Unless designated as family concerts, SJC discourages audience members from bringing infants or very young children to concerts so as not to disturb the performers or other patrons. Any child sitting in a seat is required to have a ticket. Children under age twelve tickets are $10. Tickets for students with student ID are $10 to mist shows. Higher priced shows may have higher student admission.
